We do not provide any firm, binding shipping guarantees outside of our initial handling time. Once your order is dropped off, it is in the jurisdiction of the U.S. Post Office, and delays or lost packages may be directly resolved with a replacement order. We do not assume responsibility for errors of our couriers, customs delays, or any other post-fulfillment transit errors.
